1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or engaging us for services or products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

3. Quotes and estimates

Any pricing shown on this website — including indicative ranges produced by the instant quote tool — is an estimate for guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding scope and fee are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed between us.

4. Engagements and deliverables

The specific services, deliverables, timelines and fees for a project are defined in the proposal or statement of work for that engagement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict. Timelines depend on timely client input, feedback and approvals.

5. Fees and payment

• Fees are quoted and payable in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Project work may require a deposit before commencement, with the balance invoiced per the agreed schedule or milestones.
• Online product and subscription payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
• Overdue amounts may result in paused work until the account is brought up to date.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final, paid-for deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. Until then, all work product remains our property. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, tools and components, and to feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Products and digital goods

Templates, automations, plugins and other digital products are licensed, not sold, for your use under the licence accompanying each product. Due to the nature of digital goods, sales are generally final once access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law (including the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, where applicable).

8. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and necessary materials and access.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you supply to us for use.
• Use our website and products lawfully and as intended.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We take pride in our work and will perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website, services and products are provided “as is” without further warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the relevant proposal. On termination, you will pay for work performed up to the termination date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version, dated above.
